Yoga Class Schedule

Metchosin Summer Hatha Class Series:

Wednesdays Jul 22nd-August 24, 9:00-10:15am, St. Mary’s Anglican Church, 4125 Metchosin Rd, V9C 3Z6

$108 for the class series, and $20 off for you both if you bring a friend!!

My classes need a minimum of 10 people to run, and then I have a number of drop in spaces available as well.

I am open to creating additional classes for classes such as Yin Yoga, Flow Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and am always available for one on one Yoga Therapy sessions.
