Yoga Class Schedule

My classes need a minimum of 10 people to run, and then I have a number of drop in spaces available as well.

I am open to creating additional classes for classes such as Yin Yoga, Flow Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and am always available for one on one Yoga Therapy sessions.
